Conference Timeline
Submit your complete manuscript via the official submission system. Papers must be original, unpublished, and formatted according to the IEEE template. Maximum 6–8 pages including references.
Authors will be notified of the review outcome via email. Accepted papers will receive detailed reviewer comments to guide final revisions.
Register before this date to benefit from discounted early bird rates. At least one author per accepted paper must register to confirm inclusion in the proceedings.
Upload your camera-ready final paper incorporating all reviewer feedback. Ensure the paper meets all formatting requirements before submission.
Last date for standard registration. Late registrations may not be guaranteed inclusion in the conference program. Register early to secure your spot.
