Conference Timeline
Submit your complete manuscript via the official submission system. Papers must be original, unpublished, and formatted according to the official J-COSINE template. Length: 8–10 pages including figures, tables, and references.
Authors will be notified of the review outcome via email. Accepted papers will receive detailed reviewer comments to guide final revisions.
Upload your camera-ready final paper incorporating all reviewer feedback. Ensure the paper meets all formatting requirements before submission.
Last date for registration. At least one author per accepted paper must register to confirm inclusion in the proceedings. Late registrations may not be guaranteed inclusion in the conference program.
GILI 2026 takes place on 3 November 2026 at the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Mataram. This is held in conjunction with The 4th MIMSE 2026 and WINIT 2026, which continue through 4–5 November 2026. Join keynote sessions, paper presentations, workshops, and networking events with researchers and practitioners from around the world.
