Requirements

Submission Guidelines

Paper Format
Official J-COSINE article format (IEEE-style, two-column A4). Use the Word template provided in the Download section above; a LaTeX version is available from J-COSINE.
Page Limit
At least 8 pages and no more than 10 pages, including figures, tables, and references.
Review Process
Double-blind peer review by at least 2 independent reviewers. Remove all author information from the manuscript before submission.
Originality
Papers must be original and unpublished. Maximum similarity score: 20% (Turnitin).
Language
All manuscripts must be written in English.
Structure
Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Previous Works, Research Method, System Design (optional), Results and Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgment (optional), and References. The abstract should contain 100–150 words.
Ethics Statement
A signed Ethics Statement must be submitted together with the manuscript. Accepted papers additionally require a Copyright Transfer Agreement.
Publication
Selected papers presented at GILI 2026 will be recommended for publication in the Journal of Computer Science and Informatics Engineering (J-COSINE) (e-ISSN 2541-0806) — indexed in Crossref and Google Scholar, and accredited SINTA 4 (Indonesia's national journal accreditation). Each published article receives a registered DOI. Manuscripts must follow the J-COSINE author writing guidelines. As this is a GILI 2026 special issue, publication is covered by the GILI 2026 registration fee — no separate J-COSINE article processing charge applies.
Visibility

Indexing & Abstracting

Published articles are assigned a registered DOI and indexed in the following services.

Crossref and Google Scholar provide international discoverability and citation tracking, while SINTA (Grade 4, Decree No. 79/E/KPT/2023), Garuda, and Indonesia OneSearch are Indonesia's national accreditation and indexing platforms.

Step by Step

How to Submit via OJS J-COSINE

  1. Register or Log In. Visit the J-COSINE OJS registration page to create an author account, or log in if you already have one.
  2. Start a New Submission. From your OJS dashboard, click Make a Submission to begin the submission wizard.
  3. Enter Manuscript Details. Fill in the title, abstract, author information, and keywords for your paper.
  4. Upload Your Manuscript. Upload your manuscript prepared according to the official J-COSINE template.
  5. Confirm and Submit. Review all information, then complete the submission. You can track your paper's review status anytime from your OJS dashboard.
Important Notes
  • Please mention "GILI 2026" in your submission comments/cover letter so the editorial team can identify your paper as a conference submission.
  • Ensure all author information is entered correctly, as it will be used for the review and publication process.
  • Manuscripts can be revised at any time before the submission deadline.
