All papers must follow the IEEE conference paper format. Use the official IEEE template (Word or LaTeX). Papers must be submitted as a single PDF file.
Regular papers: 6–8 pages including figures, tables, and references. Papers exceeding the page limit will be desk-rejected without review.
All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process. Remove all author information from the manuscript before submission. Each paper is reviewed by at least two independent reviewers.
Submitted papers must be original and unpublished, and must not be currently under review at any other conference or journal. Plagiarism will result in immediate rejection.
All papers must be written in English. Ensure proper grammar and clarity. Authors are encouraged to have their papers proofread by a native English speaker before submission.
Accepted and presented papers will be considered for publication in the conference proceedings. Details on indexing (Scopus / IEEE Xplore) will be announced on the official website.
